Welcome to Nestify (operated by LU NASH LLC). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Nestify, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Subscription and In-App Purchases

Nestify offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions ("Nestify Pro").

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

3. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of the App is subject to the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA) located at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

4. User Generated Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Nestify a temporary license to process the image for the sole purpose of generating your interior design concepts. We do not use your photos to train public AI models.
